jilia's primary data storage and processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to and processed by third-party service providers whose systems are located outside the Philippines — for example, certified cloud infrastructure providers or international identity verification platforms.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jilia ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and NPC guidelines.
