To use the jilia Platform, you must register a single Account providing accurate, current, and complete information. Registration requires a valid email address or Philippine mobile number, a username, and a password meeting jilia's minimum security requirements.
One Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one Account. jilia employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jilia reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any bonuses, and void any winnings derived from the duplicate Account.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jilia will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. You must notify jilia support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. jilia shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
jilia accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit per transaction is ₱50. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to payment provider limits.
Ownership of Funds: By depositing, you warrant that the funds being deposited are legally owned by you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. jilia is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine financial intelligence authorities.
Deposit Failures: jilia is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash or PayMaya service interruptions. In cases of failed deposits where funds have left your payment account but not been credited to your jilia wallet, contact jilia support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal of Real Money Balance is available to all verified jilia Accounts. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. jilia does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jilia content; use jilia's branding, trademarks, or game assets for any commercial purpose; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilia and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
jilia's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
No Warranty: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilia makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
jilia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for cause, jilia may forfeit any Bonus Balance and void any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real Money Balance belonging to the Player — net of any amounts owed to jilia — will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you via the original deposit method following completion of KYC.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jilia Platform. This does not affect any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of Philippine law that cannot be excluded.
For matters falling within PAGCOR's regulatory purview, the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR shall apply and shall be exhausted before resort to judicial proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
